- Develop Test Strategy
- Provide Leadership to the team
- Should be able to manage multiple projects
- Develop and execute software test plans which includes component testing, integration testing, systems testing, regression testing, performance testing and stress testing
- Engage with every program running to provide testing resources and methodology and drive a uniform set of Test processes.
- Review the test cases
- Provide Bug Report
- Effectively manage resources
- Provide Status Report of the Team
- Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action
- Ensure that all bugs are captured
