Desired Profile

  • Support sales team on prospect follow-up through outbound calls
  • Qualify and hand-over leads generated by marketing to sales
  • Develop thorough knowledge of HealthAsyst product to deliver excellent pitches to prospects over calls
  • Track sales activities of the US sales team on a continuous basis to find prospects that are growing cold
  • Follow-up with such prospects to set-up appointments for the sales team
  • Work with required internal teams to execute new sales enablement initiatives that come up time-to-time.

Key Success Factors

  • Candidate with experience in outbound calling to the US healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work in night shift (at least 4-6 hours of overlap with US time zone)
  • Self-starter with persistence and a can-do attitude
