Key Responsibilities

  • The individual will be responsible for supporting sales cycles from interest generation, through proofs
  • The Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing actionable data-driven insights to help shape strategy and drive incremental growth
  • The individual will develop strategy recommendations through custom qualitative and quantitative market research, trend analysis and customer insights.
  • The individual is expected to gather customer feedback, drive competitive analysis and proactively identify market trends
  • The individual will work with the Sales team to assist in the sales cycle, by putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals and assist sales Team in Qualifying Prospects
  • Create and deliver detailed and tailored presentations and solution demonstrations
  • Strong requirements gathering and discovery skills

Key Skills

  • Partner with sales, marketing and delivery teams to identify target customer segments and strategies
  • Act as a strategic business partner across the organization including, but not limited to: sales, marketing and delivery
  • proactively identify trends and areas of risk and opportunity for growth and conduct deep-dive analysis with recommendations
  • Forecast short-term and long-term performance and report on performance goals
  • Evaluate results of activities and adjust programs to meet changing market and competitive conditions continually seek innovative and news ways to solve business problems
  • 4+ years of experience in customer facing sales roles with demonstrated expertise identifying key growth drivers and assessing customer needs
  • Must have experience in pre-sales analytics with the ability to pull and analyze data from internal platforms to identify target customers
  • Strong knowledge of Indian IT services business model and understanding of competitive landscape
  • Good knowledge and experience of US healthcare market
  • Superior analytical, data storytelling, and overall presentation skills
  • Strong partnership skills with ability to influence team members and executives cross-functionally
  • Advanced research and analytical skills; ability to incorporate best practices and innovation into project recommendations
  • Must possess effective negotiation, decision making and strong problem solving abilities involving identifying the root cause of problems, assessing risks/impacts and determining and implementing effective solutions
  • Strong self-motivation, business acumen, consulting, influence and interpersonal/relationship development skills
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders
  • A real passion for and the ability to learn new technologies
