Patient completes clinical, consent and assessment forms and electronically signs on iPad/kiosk screen.
Patient pays co-pay and outstanding balance via credit card swipe at the iPad/kiosk. Choice to pay by cash at the front desk.
Demographics, payment and consent forms are updated in Allscripts PM™; signed clinical information is updated to Allscripts Professional EHR™/Allscripts TouchWorks EHR®, as PDF and discrete data.
