These factors increased the maintenance efforts and risked delays or failures, if scripts were not promptly updated.<\/li><li><strong>Complex Workflows in Enterprise Architecture:<\/strong> Integration with the customer\u2019s broader enterprise architecture introduced sophisticated workflows like auto-enrollment and end-to-end system interoperability. As a result, there was a need for robust, carefully planned testing to ensure smooth functionality across systems.<\/li><li><strong>Large-Scale Customer Migration:<\/strong> A few customers were expected to be onboarded from the legacy system every week, with a goal of transitioning all 2,000 customers.
